Native Lawn & Maintenance has experience delivering commercial grounds maintenance within Auckland’s city centre through work undertaken as part of Programmed’s Auckland Council maintenance contract.
Working within the Silo Park precinct required a strong focus on public safety, presentation, reliability and attention to detail. Our team contributed to maintaining one of Tāmaki Makaurau’s busiest public spaces, ensuring landscaped areas remained safe, welcoming and well presented for residents, businesses and visitors.
Every task was carried out with professionalism and respect for the environment, reflecting the values of manaakitanga, kaitiakitanga, and whanaungatanga. Through consistent service delivery and collaboration on site, we helped support the long-term care of an important public asset while contributing to a vibrant waterfront environment enjoyed by thousands of people.

Supporting Auckland Council Across Multiple Public Spaces
Native Lawn & Maintenance has supported reactive and specialist grounds maintenance across a range of Auckland Council public spaces while working under Programmed’s Auckland Council maintenance contract. These works required flexibility, rapid response, and a consistent commitment to public safety, quality presentation, and environmental care.
Our team has undertaken maintenance activities at locations including Godley Road Reserve, Avondale, New Lynn and other public open spaces, responding to scheduled maintenance requirements, presentation improvements, and reactive service requests.
Working in busy public environments required careful planning, effective traffic and pedestrian management where necessary, and a strong focus on delivering work safely while minimising disruption to the community. Every site was maintained to Auckland Council’s expected presentation standards with professionalism and attention to detail.
